CHOOSE THE BEST TIME
Spring
From March to June the days are very long. Capo Sant’Andrea enjoys a privileged position at the foot of the highest massif in the Tuscan Archipelago, ideal for trekking, mountain biking, bouldering and free climbing. The world underwater also has countless beautiful blooms to be admired when diving or snorkelling.
Summer
From June to August the temperatures are stable, the days are long and the seaside life of the resort and all the fun activities on and in the water, such as diving, snorkeling and kayaking, triumph.
Autumn
Very often the summer heat lasts until October and the months of November and December are much warmer than on mainland Italy. Autumn therefore offers many opportunities both by the sea and in the hills, with chestnut harvesting and festivals in medieval villages surrounded by forests right behind Capo Sant’Andrea.
Winter
Winter breaks on Elba are an increasingly popular choice. Winter is generally mild and you can often take a walk in nature to contemplate the wonder of Monte Capanne covered in snow or the views of the white peaks on Corsica on the horizon.
